They’re asked a number of different questions and the chart below indicates where they see home appreciation heading by 2017.
It’s interesting to be able to see how the optimists and pessimists are grouped into Bulls and Bears. Also interesting is how high the middle line falls with the entire group of polled experts predicting a cumulative appreciation in real estate more than 22%!
