The California Association of Realtors reported today in a press release that November sales of California homes increased 83.2% (month-over-month). They also reported that median home prices have fallen 41.8% in the same time frame. Ouch!
Prices are now in the 2002 range…amazing! It’s hard to imagine that there is much farther to fall considering how affordable homes are now. While we are keeping an eye on this and will blog as we find more information, it’s important that anyone thinking of upgrading, investing or buying their first home would be smart to align themselves with a professional Realtor.
