This spring has been interesting for California real estate. The feedback that we’re getting from our agents is that we are back in a “multi offer” world and scarce supply of homes for sale is pushing prices even higher. The infographic below illustrates the hotspots across the country. California isn’t the only place where buyers are having to hustle and put solid offers together.
Bottom line…if you are out there looking and want to get into a home, be sure that you offer is as aggressive as possible.
